In late January of this year, 3ZERO3 Motorsports Technician Aaron Marshall drove up from Denver and participated in an afternoon of ice racing at Georgetown Lake.

Racing on the frozen lake is held regularly every winter, and on this particular afternoon the event was open to all makes and models. People from all over Colorado flock to these events to watch and participate in all of the  fun.

Even on their days off, 3ZERO3 employees live and breath high performance. It is this type of passion which informs our sense of duty and love for not only high performance work , but also every day maintenance and repair.

Aaron and a friend took their B5 turbo vehicles up I-70 that day and showed everyone what these cars can do.

Aaron, having spent many a winter in the frozen Northeastern US is certainly no stranger to ice driving.

Just look at these pictures of Aaron ripping it up in his Audi A4 1.8T Quattro!

Here is an Audi B5 S4 Quattro sliding thru the coarse on the south side of lake.

While the A4 + S4 were the only vehicles representing the VW, Audi, and Porsche community, the dedicated ice racing enthusiasts were more than happy to have these guys on the lake that day. They openly encourage more participation from the Denver and Colorado VW, Audi, and Porsche community in 2009/2010 season.

While Aaron and friends did an impressive job, they were no match for these purpose built and severely modified Jeep ice racers.
