The center clevis connection grasps the horizontal upper bar and the lower bars install with the use of rod ends at the both ends.

The lower brackets tie into the original cargo hook mounting points, and the upper brackets piggy back on the OEM seat brackets

The open triangulated design both provides strength and allows maximum use of cargo space.
