3zero3 Motorsports has worked diligently to form a quality team of passionate and knowledgeable professionals dedicated to providing our clients a better way to care for the cars we drive and love (German automobiles in our case). Following the standards promised in our motto “Factory Trained, Independently Motivated”, we have built a team of factory trained technicians complimented by service consultants ans staff members who live and breathe the Audi, BMW, Porsche, Mini, and VW Brands.

Scott Simpson

Founder / Service Consultant

Scott is the founding partner of 3zero3 Motorsports.  Coming from a family with strong ties to car racing, he developed an interest for cars early on.  In fact, Scott learned how to drive when he was just 11 years old.  His interest for European cars sparked when his friend got a MK3 Jetta. From then on, his passion grew deeper and deeper.
Scott is an Audi Academy Graduate, Audi Magna Recognition Master Technician, has attended Porsche technical trainings, and is ASE certified.  He also has experience as a World Challenge Touring team manager. He worked as a factory dealer technician before founding 3zero3 Motorsports in 2005 where he acted as the lead technician for 5 years.  With his extensive knowledge and experience, Scott now acts as a service consultant where he loves meeting people and building relationships.  Outside of work he enjoys being a dad, Formula 1 races, snowboarding, golf, traveling the world, new technologies, and growing raspberries.

Favorite Car:  Audi RS6 Avant, Ferrari F50, McLaren F1

Independently Motivated:  "To provide a better way to care for the cars we drive and love."

Garry Wesselink


Garry joined the 3zero3 Motorsports As an owner in 2009.  He is responsible for all of business operations and accounting aspects of the business.  He has always had a love for German cars and has owned many.  Outside of work he enjoys being a father to his two adult sons, snow skiing, and traveling the world with his wife of 33 years.


Favorite Car: Audi RS6 and Bentley

Jason Paul


JP believes that European car manufacturers put more emphasis on vehicle quality which provides a better more enjoyable product.   Along with his 12 years’ experience working on European cars, he is a VW master certified technician.  He has also attended Audi certified training, BMW training, and Mini Cooper training. In his spare time, he enjoys ice hockey, snowboarding, riding his motorcycle, and his 2 black labs. 

Favorite Car: Twin Turbo AWD VW Beetle RSI, Audi B5 S4, Audi B8 S5

Independently Motivated: "I physically enjoy working on cars, but I especially love taking care of clients who enjoy their vehicles."


Matt Gannon


Matt has had a lifelong interest in anything automotive.  He became especially interested in European cars when he discovered the difference between a car that gets you from point A to point B, versus a car with great engineering that make the trip from point A to point B and absolute enjoyment.  Matt has over 13 years of industry related experience and is a factory certified Volkswagen technician.  He strives to be the best at his craft and continually trains to keep up on the new technology and tools in the industry.  He loves attending automotive car shows and test driving new vehicles.  He also enjoys snowboarding and new culinary experiences.

Favorite Car: Bentley Mulsanne

Independently Motivated: “I am independently motived to be the best at my craft. I am always training and keeping up on new industry technology and tools. By having a vested interest in the automotive repair industry, the customer can confidently know that their vehicle will be repaired correctly to the highest standard.”

Ian Gillis


Working on various car brands has allowed Ian to expand on his existing foundation.  With his five years’ experience as a certified Audi tech, Ian has a constant need to adapt and learn new techniques to correct car issues. He has a genuine love for the styling and performance of European cars.  Outside of his love for cars, he loves listening to music and hiking.

Blayne Ferrell


Blayne grew up around BMW’s with his father who loved them and bought a new one every year.  He believes that European cars offer more performance right out of the box and are very well thought out engineered cars.  He has been a BMW factory certified technician for over 7 years and loves working on them.  In his spare time, he loves being outdoors rock climbing and camping.  He also loves car big projects…engine swaps and custom builds being his favorite. 

Favorite Car: BMW E36 and E46 M3

Independently Motivated: “ I love making clients happy with their vehicles for the life of them, and making them more happy with performance modifications while being a part of a working team.”

Jessica Kosters

Parts Manager

Jessica grew up in the garage, helping her family build race cars. She has been a part of this industry her entire life.  She has over 20 years of experience working in the car parts world, previously working in an Audi/VW dealership and at Colorado National Speedway.  In her spare time, she enjoys Do-It-Yourself home renovations and spending time with her family.

Favorite Car: 1969 Mustang Mach 1

Cain Carlson

Service and Parts Consultant

Cain grew up around muscle cars and has loved cars since. Deeply rooted in his passion for muscle cars, he has always enjoyed European cars. He loves the quality and detail they possess while maintaining a cool look.  With over 18 years’ industry experience, he has worked with, sold, and customized almost every car make and model.  He lives all things cars and attends races, events, and shows often. When not at car events, he enjoys his Harley Davidson motorcycle, snowmobiling, and hanging out with his fiancé and 2 boxers.

European -RS6 Avant or Ferrari 458 

Independently Motivated: “I’m motivated by seeing all different kinds of cars, people, and peoples taste in aftermarket products. I enjoy talking with people and getting to know them personally. I’ve committed myself to insuring everything is done correctly the first time, I believe that is how this business runs!”

Colleen Fahrer

Operations Manager

Colleen joined 3zero3 as an operations manager after leaving her home state of New Jersey and her career as a health and wellness manager.  She brings to us 9 years’ managerial experience.  She manages all aspects of the company’s day to day operations and all client relations.  In her spare time, she enjoys visiting her family on the east coast and taking advantage of Colorado’s playground by hiking and rock climbing with her fiance.

Favorite Car: Audi R8 – Those are fun!

Angela Yacovetta

Marketing Director

Angela joined 3zero3 Motorsports with 10 years’ experience in marketing and website design.  She brings a fresh look and approach to the website, social media, graphics, and overall branding.  She loves creating eye catching graphics that convey a clear message.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters and exercising.

Spencer Sterck

Operations Assistant

Spencer has been in the car industry for 7 years with over 5 years’ experience as a technician.  He has always loved European cars and being able to work around them brings a smile to his face.  He enjoys the sporty fun driving experience that they offer. He often attends car show and meets, loves driving, and spending time with friends outside of work.

Nik Clark

Marketing Intern / Photographer

Nik is a Graphic Design and Photography student at Colorado Institute of Art and is a German car enthusiast at the same time!  He believes that the attention to detail in European cars can’t be beat and that driving these cars is about the memories and thrill created, not about getting from point A to point B.  Outside of 3zero3, Nik enjoys photography, snowboarding, car shows, and canyon driving.

Carl Vecchiarelli

Wash Tech

Carl grew up around American muscle cars with both his father and grandfather being in the car industry.  Although, he loves muscle cars, he also loves the comfort and luxury that German cars offer while maintaining performance.  He has a new-found love for German cars that have been tuned.  He has five years’ experience working in the car industry and loves to race and restore cars in his spare time.
